I had a party here for my 4 year old son. I do not recommend this place for a party, unless you want to pay for unorganized chaos. I paid for the most expensive package which stated that I paid for: “Private Room: Epic Party Package 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm“. I assumed that meant a private party, but when I arrived they said I didn’t have a private party. Anyway, after some back and forth they were able to provide a “private party.” I must say, this advertising is very misleading. Don’t call it a private room if it is not private. We had a host who monitored the kids, kind of. I arrived 30 mins prior to the party start time to get the food and things organized but I was told that I could not do that until 15 mins before we went to the room with cake/food. Ok… so I did just that. The day before the party, I had called to request that the pizza slices were cut in half for toddlers the day before. The person I spoke with told me that they would do it. The slices were not cut…Thankfully I brought a pizza cutter from home with me. I had to do this myself. Next, I asked if the girls could cut and serve the cake. The teenagers were asking the 1-4 year old guests if they wanted cake. Some younger guests obviously didn’t know what was being asked. Some said yes others said no. How ridiculous. Their job was to cut the cake and serve it to everyone at the party. I asked them to do this and one of the servers gave me such terrible attitude! So, I had to cut the cake and serve it myself. If you want to pay $ to a party and also be your own host then book here. Unfortunately, this place is run by teens and the service is awful, the attitudes...
Read moreBad experience. We had our sons birthday party here, it was very unorganized from the moment we walked in. The girl knew nothing about the party package chosen, I had to ask for everything that I was supposed to get for my son. The adults that came with their kids, if they chose to jump, the staff put all the bills on ours to pay for when I spoke with someone and told them that I would not be paying for the adults to jump, they said they’d take care of it and didn’t. I got hit with a $600+ bill that wasn’t supposed to be. Our host was awesome, until someone accidentally hit her with the ball, then claimed we intentionally hit her, so we were given a new host. We went to eat, then when we got back to go jump, the main court was closed off bc someone else got hurt. We lost 45mins of jump time for the glow package. The lights were on, and the kids couldn’t jump in the dark like they wanted to. The 2nd host we got, left us with no directions as what to do. The kids and adults were being kicked off, so we lost 45 mins of jumping. I tried calling to speak with the manager, bc the manager there that night did nothing about anything. Cant even get a hold of the manager to straighten the issues out. Staff was talking to another party group, about the group I had there, which is very unprofessional. Another thing, staff SHOULD NOT be addressing issues with kids are 6 & under. If they have an issue, they should be speaking with the parent. I will never return to this location. & I advise nobody to plan...
Read moreGiving a one star and i rarely ever leave reviews on places but the “manager” at this location was ignorant and rude as can be. First time coming to this location and wasn’t pleased with the service. So I got there about 7:45 PM it was definitely a last minute thing, my son just wanted to you know jump for an hour and they closed at 9 so he had enough time to no jump for the hour when we got there the guy at the desk explain that there was a Glow event going on and it was a minimum of two hours that we had to pay for and we had to buy shirts etc. mind you we’re paying a minimum to jump for two hours when there’s literally by this time only an hour to jump so I explained that to him and he went to go get the manager. Never got the “managers” name because as soon as he came from behind the door the first thing he said was I can’t discount anything. Never introduced to self never spoke said hi how can I help you nothing worst customer service I ever experienced in my life but it’s expected coming from a teenager who was a manager it looks like. Definitely racially profiled in front of my son he doesn’t understand what it means but I do when someone sees a black person and they’re axing a question about a price they’re automatically think they want something for free or a discount which he thought. When I was trying to get him to explain in his right mind how would that make sense to charge someone almost $50 to jump for an hour. He definitely need some trying on his customer service....
