The manager, Jordan, was incredibly patient with my questions while efficiently, effortlessly and more important, attentively helping me as well as another customer who came in while we were going over different options.
Buying a new phone can be a stressful experience trying to evaluate all the different options, phones, discounts and reviews for a something that you will be interacting with hundreds of times a day. Jordan made my purchase not only stress free, he made it a pleasant and enjoyable one as well.
Jordan provided me with the best customer I have had in a long, long time. Jordan does not just "phone it in." As a result, I walked out with not only an upgrade to the phone I had intended to buy, but also with a tablet I had not even considered. Plus an upgrade to a bundled protection and wireless charger option. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended! Well worth a trip even if the Trade Zone is out of your way!
PS - I never post reviews but needed to make sure Jordan was recognized for his excellent...
Read moreThere are some very helpful stores in this mall, one in particular that just saved me a FORTUNE in a big party (baby shower) that I threw for 50+ people for my daughter. 🔶️DOLLAR & PARTY WORLD🔶️@ 50 International Drive, across the big parking lot from Walmart, is a TREASURE for parties! Emma, who works loads of hours there, is a GEM! I'd give Emma 10 🌟's, that's how hard working, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly she is. Honestly, if I still had my retail stores, I would have offered her a job.
The store is well organized and maintained and FULL of everything you could want for your party needs (no costumes). Most items are $1. Mylar, helium filled balloons are only $1.00, latex helium filled balloons are $0.88. Emma knows her stuff! She helped me design great looking balloon bouquets that looked great and she had an answer or solution for every question or problem I had! It made a difference, knowing how great everything looked and I didn't break the bank! Thank...
Read moreThis is one of the strip malls that I generally frequent. I prefer these over the bigger ones for the simple reason that it gets crowded pretty fast. I'm not a fan of big crowds because I'm in a wheelchair. I can't tell you how many people don't look down so consequently I get walked into, bumped on either side of my chair, and the ever-popular statement of "I'm sorry I didn't see you there". Sure I'm just so tiny I'm practically invisible. Strip malls can provide you with the same things as the larger ones. They are a tad better because people usually don't shop there. Especially when it's the holidays. This is my opinion and if you feel the same way as I do you'll share your experience as I am so we spread the wealth. This could change the way we think. More business, more money made, paid rent on time or even early, the landlord was happy because he made money and when all of the cogs fit together the world might just be a happier...
