Poor evening management and staffing. Brought pillows in that I had purchased when I purchased them. I was told that I could return them as long as I don’t remove the tags I could not find my receipt and I was told that would be no problem. I would receive merchandise credit. I put the pillows on the counter to be returned, and because one of them had a run in it, which I did not create the woman Declined to do my return.
