10 Stars if that were an option! I'm going on 2 years since I switched my phones and service from Verizon (who I had been with over 25 years) to T-Mobile. My only regret was not having switched sooner. I wrote a review when I made the change letting others know to run, don't walk, to the Flanders location to find the customer service you have always wanted. The deals were unbelievable. I received more "Free offers" and "Perks" than I have ever received from any company I've done business with. I went back this weekend because I needed 3 new cell phones. I worked with Shawn who helped me when I signed up for service originally. It was like being helped by an old friend. I'm older so technologically challenged and Shawn just takes over, does everything and explains everything. Shawn takes all the stress out of the experience. In the past you could lose much content from phone upgrades and transfers, all 3 phones updated 100% and it felt like I hadn't even switched phones. I won't share how little I paid for 3 S25 cell phones with blocks, cases and screen protectors for fear the store would be rampaged. I can tell you it was next to nothing. I would have paid well over $3000. at Verizon. Most impressive was how the team at this store works together to make sure everyone is being helped and not standing around waiting. Josh spent a great deal of time with us exuding a warmth that made you feel like family. He even shared his wedding photos with beautiful wife Lina. I got to know Chris and Trisha who were amazing and making sure everyone else was being helped as I monopolized Shawn and Josh. I even received 3 T-Mobile umbrellas as a parting gift. It doesn't get better than this. For a combination of the latest technology and equipment, the "Best" deals and truly unparalleled service, you will never do better than T-Mobile in Flanders!!!...

When I bought a new and unlocked iPhone 14 from Best Buy last November, I didn't know they sold me a carrier locked phone by mistake. Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately) it worked with Mint, but wouldn't accept a second eSim I wanted to use while traveling abroad.
Long story short, I got passed around between Best Buy, Mint, Apple and T-Mobile while being on the phone for hours, going to stores multiple times, until the team in this store could figure out how to unlock the phone for me which everyone else refused to do.

Anyway, the original issue was that Best Buy sold me a supposedly unlocked phone that was instead listed as locked to Sprint. Yes, Sprint. Even when T-Mobile acquired Sprint years ago.
When explaining the issue to a lot of people, this team was the first where I felt that they really wanted to help instead of just directing me over to some other party so that I become somebody else's problem.
Also a lesson learned. Buy an unlocked iPhone only from Apple directly. Nothing...

I had 129 gb phone and used 128.5 gb it was impossible to delete photos because there was no memory left to use for the operation. Originally I was switching from Verizon to T-mobile because of the hike in the verizon bill. But the personal care I received at t-mobile made me a t-mobile believer. There is a lot more to the story having to do with a fake t-mobile site that messed up our family account with phone lines we were not using and bring charged for. Then as a side note I mentioned a router issue with t-mobile router. SHAWN CARLOS AND more worked as a team. It was amazing!!! They fixed it all it took well over 3 hours but it was all done.
