Mattress Firm Mt Olive — Hotel in Mount Olive

Mattress Firm in Flanders is not a place to shop. I found the most wonderful mattress there and saved all the paperwork from the sale, including all of the language around the warranty. The salesman told me I didn't need to register the mattress because they had everything they needed in the computer. When I got it home, I tore off that white tag that says "cannot be removed except by consumer".

After 2 years, the filling in the mattress started to recede. I went back to the store to file against the warranty and they told me I couldn't because I tore off the tag that said it COULD be removed by the consumer. Nothing in my paperwork told me I could not remove that tag. Not only did they refuse to help, but they never even tried to help me with the manufacturer, telling me they don't have direct contact. THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY IN THE PAPERWORK THEY GAVE ME.

This story does not have a happy ending as I got nowhere. In addition, I found out around this time they had a D+ RATING WITH THE BBB (a/o 7/23). It's no wonder the corporation is going out...

Absolutely fantastic. I was lucky enough to be the only customer that night but Rich Harris really did an incredible job helping me choose the right mattress (and the right pillow). He wasn't a salesman. He was a proper sleep expert. He was very patient with me (i tried maybe 8+ different mattresses and another 5+ different pillows) and paid careful attention to my comfort on each and every one. He noticed my head was a little too high on one of the pillows and right away he told me that one wouldn't have been good for me. And he left the price tag and deals for last... first he focused on helping me find the right bed and pillow for me. And then he even helped me see if it really would have been worth it for me to spend more money on a more high-end mattress in a very thoughtful and clear manner. And yes.. he did give me a very, very good deal in the end! I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a good mattress because of the sleep experts that work there like...

I was looking for a mattress to help a friend’s son who has a whole host of medical issues. I called the mount Olive store looking for help. Richard gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. He was patient and informative phone call after phone call. When I went to the store he jumped through every obstacle to make this happen.

I don’t think he realizes the impact he made in a 16 year old boys life today and his family’s by providing a product that will help ease this boy’s suffering.

He listened to what the situation needed and worked diligently to make this happen. He was invested in my story and trying to find solutions at every turn. His compassion and empathy made an impossible situation a reality.
