i do not recommend using this store, i have had issues after issues with them. upgraded and added 3 lines, they messed up one line then left it on my bill but suspended it. im still being charged for that phone/line(apparently they have not returned the phone like they left a voicemail stating they did). were not help helpful to my father on his iphone. Upgraded cell phone plans, they said they did and they didnt..... $1000 bill for their mistakes. Called to talk to a supervisor twice was always told he was busy or wasnt there(lack of customer service). Went from a flip phone to an iPhone last month or so and when I went in to prepay they didn’t catch that I needed the plan with the small amt. of data and it caused my cell to not work. Talked to Dakota and he saw what happened- that he didn’t catch it when I went in and showed him the alerts coming up. Dakota got everything straightened with US Cellular and he even went above and beyond and paid the data fee that that occurred. He said he felt bad he did not catch the data plan when I had gone in.
