Worst experience today! The kids working in the shoe department were arguing about stolen sales, the girl calling the guy names & it was heated. They couldn't find the match to a boot I wanted, so I preceeded to have them order it to be shipped to me when I was told that had the 1 I was looking for and the next size up were at this store. They couldn't find either pair. I asked to speak with a manager. The phones weren't working, so she called on her habdheld scanner. Waited 30 mins and no manager came. I decided to just return my online order i had brought in & putchase what i had. No item found on my belk card for return. Pulled it up on my phone. The girl took my phone to do return. Gave it back to get an email for my return & then needed my phone back to continue, took way too long, so i took back my phone, left my purchases & went home with my return. I went online & ordered, drove all the way home then had to drive all the way back to the same store to pick my item up 2 hours later. I'm sitting here waiting for my online order to be brought out. I've been waiting 20 mins now & still no one has brought it out. Another 10 mins has passed, so now I'm forced to go into the store to get my online order. Great Experience Went in today looking for pants for my Teenage son as I was looking I decided to ask an associate a question regarding the pants and assistant me with my son because I wasn’t cool enough the associate said give me one second and I will be right with you his Name was Justin he was Very personable answered my questions and if I may say he was our personal shopper we ended up with cargo pants for my son he put together some outfits for my son asked him what he liked and gave him advise nothing I haven’t told him but this was the best experience and my son was excited I’m not the richest person but the level of customer service we received today price was not an issue and he made an emotional connection with my teenage son who said he appreciated the time he took out to help him and solve my problem and invited me back in anytime we needed assistance...
