The Walmart is horrible. On hold 45 mins. Went to the store and No one was knowledgeable or helpful in any way. I did manage to find the rare item I was looking fir in stock. Even the sections worker didnt know where it was. When I asked a question I was given a load of bull and quickly realized I knew more about the product than the employee in that section. Instead of saying they didnt know, they tried to talk their way through it giving all sorts of false info that I already knew. I made my purchase and left. A few days later I had a single question on a product in the same sectuon. 2 other people did not know the answer about that product either. After standing there for an hour, I finally told her I would find it myself at home and I did not make the purchase as it was a larger ticket item that they should have been knowledgeable on to be working in...

She asked if there was a reason I didn't want to check myself out (through self checkout) Response 1: because Walmart doesn't pay me to. Response #2: for the same reasons when you send your child to school, teachers don't ask "why can't you teach your own child." Response #3: because that's not my job! All answers are valid and just. Choose one. Hire more people. Do better at scheduling your personnel. Remember customer service. #whohiredyou. I will be back. Hopefully, this was a one-time incident. I will file a complaint...
Read moreIt looks pretty good. I wish Florence would instate a ordinance like a lot of nicer cities that make businesses in areas to follow an outside design. Even a McDonald's has to dress it up to make the nearby stores. It woukd make out city look so much unlike trash like it does now with neon signs and ground level billboards in neon that are tacky. One day maybe. If you don't understand what I mean, Rock Hill is a great example. That city north of Rock Hill with the popular mall-outlet is another.
