Used to really come here often. This place has raised drink prices quite a bit. Happy hour price for a domestic bud light at happy hour is now 4.25. (Happy hr price) I believe that has is double what it used to be. Dined in tonight and a waiter had a mask on but it was down around his chin most of the time we saw him. Not sure if this is a violation of state law but definitely makes one nervous when all other restaurant employees are complying with wearing a mask during covid 19. We expressed our concerns to a manage and were basically told Ok, I will look into it. Sorry. We asked who the owner was on the way out, and was told his name is Eduardo but he is with "someone" by a blonde waitress with a little bit of an attitude who told us this was her restaurant and clients loved her??! .. Not sure where that came from. Hopefully they will change their protocol and alcohol prices too. If not, we will...
Read moreI ordered Doordash from here n loved what I got(5* experience). Doing a lil Walmart shopping n needed a drink or 2, so stopped in. Had to wait for a bartender, who had zero idea what happy hour was or if they had it. Got me Tecate, some chips n disappeared. I was the ONLY person at the bar and felt super weird about it. People came behind the bar n just looked at me, not saying "Hi", just making it more awkward n unwelcoming. I'd say get the delivery....the actual in house service (from a guy who managed/worked in restaurants for 20 years) was non existent more than bad/uneducated. Read moreI'm only giving this restaurant a 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0 star. I placed a to go order. The order was wrong. I called and asked to speak to a manager. He was very short with his words and unsympathetic. He did not exemplify a leader with good interpersonal relationship skills. This night manager was a very poor choice to set the standard for customer service. He just offered to give us free cheese dip if we would go back to get it. That was not an option. I had to demand that the bill be adjusted accordingly. I'm highly appalled over the POOR customer service I received and the little reconciliation to make amends. There was not even an apology. The food was luke warm at best and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH...
