Greg quickly changed my experience from becoming stressful back to the excitement of finding the right diamond and the perfect ring. He was incredibly helpful in narrowing down exactly what I wanted while being friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly an advocate to finding the right diamond. I appreciated his patience as he had additional diamonds shipped in multiple times until I finally had the "I'll know it when I see it" feeling. He also reached out to a company to create the custom band I found saved on my girlfriend's instagram. Everything came together exactly as I imagined, and my now fiancee couldn't be happier. Incredible experience! Greg Sandler was the most helpful person in any jewelry store that I have ever been to. Buying an engagement ring is a nerve-racking and intimidating experience. Greg helped me find the perfect ring, in my budget, and on a quick timeline. Many of the sales people in other stores in the Charleston area were dismissive, unhelpful, and sometimes downright rude.
