Joel a very helpful new employee did his best to help get a decent food selection for the review though they brought it out to me bagged up to go😜. I forced them to plate it for the pictures in the review. They also have no dark beer so I was forced to order a yuenling with a shot of Kailua. Wanted to order the best thing on the menu or at least what they were best known for, but didn't want 10 wings as that was that was the smallest quantity. I would have paid for 10 but only get 5 or would have shared but they wouldn't compromise 😒. So I ordered the French dip with a side of excellent onion rings and an order of fried okra . Told Joel no mayonnaise as I don't eat white creamy stuff on my food 😃and the okra came out with a white creamy side😞. I begged him for something red and spicy and he brought me ranch sauce 🤮. I said that's just camouflaged white creamy stuff 😁. He said we don't have anything else. I reminded him you have red spicy sauce for wings😜. It's okay he is new. Kenzie the owners daughter was a dream boat and very talented behind the bar. The place was hopping as Groove Kitty was playing. Overall a very good sound system, very tasty food and friendly staff. A bathroom so bright white it literally blinds you when you enter from the dark bar, but smells of cleanser and urinal cakes 🤭. plenty of parking front and back and I was able to park my bike near a window 😁. Really sad I talked this place up so much and I was ready to have them back it up but, they don't answer the phone. Called from 845-915pm to order to go. Called 3 times no answer, (and your mailbox was already full by the way) so I figured they must be busy so on the 30 min drive to get there I called 3 more times and no answer. I am now pulling up and it's 9:27. Imagine my surprise when I get there and the place is dead except a few people outside and the person behind the bar tells me kitchen closes at 930, so I can't order. Guess I'm never coming here again and my out of town friends will never get try it. No matter how good the food is, if the service isn't good that's a deal breaker.
