Queensborough Shopping Center — Local services in Mount Pleasant

I went to Best Finance to have my taxes prepared back in April. When I phoned late May to inquire amount my refund, I found that they never filed my Federal return. Supposedly it was in their Network in limbo and they were never notified it didn't go through nor did they see if it did go through. So, they sent my return in on May 23rd. Thankfully I was receiving a refund and was not penalized however, it's now on my record with the IRS. Okay, it doesn't stop there. I was prepared to give them my banking info to have the check direct deposited to my back but they said if I go through them, I would get my check quicker. I agreed. You see that didn't work since they didn't file the return in April. So, today I went to pick up my refund check only to find it short $300. They charged me all these fees that they never told me about, along with their filing fee that was $125 more than anticipated. I was never told ever about these fees and there was nothing I could do because they had my check holding it hostage. I could have done it myself for $15 (state filing fee). Hunan Chinese restaurant behind Chick Fil A in Queensborough shopping center (next to the vape store) has excellent customer service with ordering ahead AND paying by phone to save the delivery fees.
