Dallas, the ACTING manager, was less than helpful when they deactivated my son’s phone account. I purchased the newest IPhone and took it home with me to activate later. At that point they deactivated My teenage sons phone. He was not with me, nor was his phone. I called Dallas an hour before the store closed and he was unwilling to help me at all. He hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back to get answers on how to get his phone working again. I’ve never had such sad customer service in my life. Shame...
