FOOD POISONING. Several hours after eating pizza ranch, myself, my roommate and my 2 year old son got sick from their food. First it started with just a bleh feeling, then went to me puking from 3am-6am several times. We all were experiencing horrible/painful gas and my roommate nausea/gut wrenching pain. We contacted them for a refund, as that's the least they should of done, but they did not believe us! They asked for a doctor's note, yeah I'm gonna get my ass to the ER at 3am because I throw up a few times and have gas, REALLY??? My roommate is a nurse and they tried telling her food poisoning doesn't show up until 24-48 hours. WRONG Come on people, it can and does happen a couple hours after eating the food! They offered NOT a refund but credit. HA!! Like I would EVER eat at your place again?! I told them from the get go, I have never been sick from a restaurant before and therefore would NEVER eat at a pizza ranch again, yet they still try to offer their sickening credit. The "best" they could do since cooperate didn't believe me. Should of sent cooperate some of my puke in a container in the mail. This place does not focus on quality of food or customer...
Read moreOrdered chicken for pick up. Lady on the phone said about 25 minutes. I was a little late getting there thinking it would be ready once I arrived for the drive through pick up. First off it took forever for someone to come to the window. I finally had to practically yell before someone showed up at the window. Mind you employees were walking back and forth inside acting like I was invisible. Finally I'm guessing the cashier came to the window and asked if she could help me. I complained that I had been sitting at the drive through waiting while employees just ignored the fact that a customer was at the window. I then asked her if my order was ready and she stated it was. She then took my credit card and processed the transaction which didn't work and proceeded to tell me that their credit card transactions were not going through ALL DAY!!! I then asked her why she didn't mention that when I placed my order earlier?? No good answer whatsoever. I then told her her that customer service needed improved greatly! Probably won't go back due to poor customer service. Needless to say I left pizza ranch...
Read moreAs a family of three driving 18hours from MN to GA we stopped to eat at the Pizza Ranch location at Mount Pleasant for a quick bite.
We came in at 7PM and decided to get a buffet. Right away after 15 minutes we had not received any drinks cups which we had to go an take it upon ourselves to receive them.
After reviewing the food bar we were very disappointed to see the lack of food available. You could obviously see that they had only old food options very dry pizzas and uncooked and dried up pasta noodles. We stayed there for an hour and a half and no new pizzas were brought out except dessert. Aside from this after eating we say an employee on his lunch break scratch his bottom and proceeded to go back to the kitchen without washing there hands. I do not recommended coming to this location there was bad service no employees to be found and very unhygienic. The food was stall, cold and uncooked in regards to the pizzas and the pastas were uncooked and sauce was very very old it would scrap into a thick glub like. DONT BRING YOUR FAMILIES...
