Did the online order for pizza and wings. It said 15 mins and it was to the T 15, killer timing for me to swoop over grab and go. Recently ordering wings from anywhere you half to expect them to be less than normal quality, a get what you get but these boneless wings were phenomenal. Highly recommend boneless wings, didn't cheap on sauce or quality, no place on the app to add a sauce so when picking up I had asked for ranch and she didn't hesitate to grab anything that I had wanted. I did a half and half pizza but for some reason it put both the toppings I had chose on the same side of the pizza and left the other half straight cheese. My receipt does show an A - B side of the pizza broken out that both toppings went to the same side and the other was to be cheese. Pizza looks amazing and didnt care about the mix up but called to ask for next time how I can correct the order for an actual half and half and she had walked me through the ordering process and said that was definitely the online side that had made the mistake as she went through it and came up with same results. I said next time I will just leave a note on the comment section for special requests I'm happy with what I got so no worries. She insisted they make the pizza I had asked for originally and said they'd even deliver it. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had with a mix up that I should of caught or made the comment on, but didn't. So being that I was ok with what i got i just wanted verification on how to not make the same mistake next time and they went way above and beyond to make sure it was right. 5 of 5 is not sufficient, they need a 10 of 10 for service and food for sure.

Went to Pizza Hut. Large restaurant, one table occupied at 6pm on a Friday night. Counted 5 staff. Were seated right away. My friend ordered small pizza, thin crust, bacon and cheese. It came out quickly, was hot and good. 2 stars gained for that. I ordered the salad bar. I could see the t was at least 2 times smaller tgan the pizza hut salad bar id eaten at a few days earlier in Missouri, but I didn't mind how small it was. I did mind the quality of the offerings. Most of the tomatoes were squished to pulp (the one I tried was fermenting), Lettuce was full of gray bits, Cucumbers were slimy, translucent gad white fuzzy dots, Broccoli and cauliflower were turning brown, White mushrooms were dark brown and slimy... It was inedible. I told the waitress I could not eat this and she removed the salad bar from the bill. 2 stars lost for that salad bar of horrors. My friend (a former grocery store produce manager for 40 years) went up to ralk to the manager, who saw him coming and ducked out. We asked to speak to him and we're told he was busy. When we left the restaurant we saw him outside with his delivery drivers having a cigarette. So that lost a star, too. So 2/5.

After some time, we realized that we were going to be there for more than an hour. We got a refund and went to pizza ranch next door, where we were promptly greeted by a human who took our order. At Pizza Hut: No usable hand soap in the men’s restroom. Sauce on seats and dirty tables. This is how your business croaks.

I never write reviews, much less negative ones. However, this trip to Pizza Hut was an absolute mess. We wanted to use our reward points for breadsticks, which I was told could only be done online or on the app. The actual website was trash; I tried my phone, my daughter's phone, our computer...nothing worked. It was incredibly slow, kept adding/removing items from our cart without prompting, and after spending 30 minutes trying to get it to work, it finally wouldn't allow us to submit the order. We tried the app again and it finally worked. I got to the restaurant to pay a couple of minutes before the pizza was supposed to be ready. I waited for another 10 minutes. Again, didn't say anything because this stuff happens and it's usually no big deal to me. When I finally got the food home, we opened the boxes and everything was a disaster. My daughter's personal pan wasn't cut into the usual 4 pieces, but 2 giant pieces and a bunch of little slivers. It was cut in the box, which was broken. She almost dropped the pizza just moving it to the table because of this. Next, we opened the 2 orders of breadsticks to find that we only got one tiny marinara sauce. These were also cut like a kindergartener was just learning to use scissors. They were cut vertically AND horizontally in varying sizes and shapes. Some weren't even cut through, so you either got a tiny sliver or a huge chunk when you picked one up. Finally, our large half and half pizza was, you guessed it, cut like someone either hates their job, was stoned out of their mind, or is simply lacking a few hundred...

We have been going to this pizza hut for years. Now I understand that this place changes due to new management and other reasons but this last visit was unpleasant. The time before, we were told to grab a menu and order at the front desk then find a seat and our food would be brought to us. We were able to get our own drinks and refills. It was pleasant to sit in a desired area around the games, where our kids wouldn't be a nuisance to others eating. The food came and it was delicious. This last visit was different, the woman at the front desk showed us to a small table that she described as being a larger table. This table had a burnt out light, now if it was during the day when the sun was beaming in, it would not have been noticeable but it was dawn and it was very noticeable and dark in the corner. We were placed right by a game that was so loud it made us talk louder to hear each other. I asked to be moved and for a new light bulb and she said we could move to the table right behind us. Still not a good location for my family. She then took our orders. Returning with our order, there was not enough room on the table for our food and our plates, she also only brought us 2 plates for our family of 5 and only one fork. We took it upon ourselves to utilize the table behind us for extra table room so that our one year old did not accidentally grab the hot food that was set in front of him. We like pizza hut, just had an unpleasant experience...
