When it first opened, it was good. The service has always been slow after you've been initially seated and your order taken. We've often been left for an unusually long time waiting for a server to return, just so that we could request the bill, pay and depart. Since opening, the service and quality of food has declined noticeably. On our last visit, our waitress was absent for 20 minutes after she'd served us. All I wanted was a refill on my iced tea, but my daughter's meal was unacceptable. She had chicken nachos, which were served cold, rubbery and bad tasting, suggesting that they were under-cooked. When the waitress finally returned, she apologized for being 'swamped' in a small restaurant that was barely a quarter full. She did refill my tea, but said nothing about the under-cooked chicken. After again asking her about it, she offered to get the manager. When the manager arrived and I explained the problem with my daughter's meal, he argued with me that the chicken was grilled and, therefore, must be thoroughly cooked. He did offer me a 10% discount on my daughter's uneaten meal. We paid, departed and I bought my daughter an edible dinner...

If you have a problem with a customer and you do not have the ability to separate one thing from another, then look, do not work in public places, do not work because your behavior is unethical and unprofessional. unfortunately the waitresses they have are not professional at all and there are 2 ... the last time I went, another waitress served me and the same attitude was not lacking in anything to kick us out. to the owner of the place do not allow your waitresses to do this as they are a risk to your business. also that day this same waitress called her mother to wait for me outside the restaurant to intimidate me, this same waitress was fired from another restaurant for having called her mother and a police officer without any cause when the restaurant was...

My fiance and I went in and immediately noticed that the base boards and floors were filthy. We got seated and ordered lemonade the lemonade tasted horrible it was like eating koolaid powder. We ordered our food I ordered the Texas Nachos and my fiance ordered the steak fajitas but didn't make it to even see them on the table. When the waiter delivered the chips and salsa my fiance picked up a chip and saw several of them had already been stained with salsa and cilantro. Needless to say we got up paid for our drinks that we took a sip of and left. I think next time I won't give a restaurant 2nd and 3rd chances.
