I recently purchased a high dollar item [A Rock-Ola Bubbler Digital Jukebox]. So much high end electronics, I was a bit anxious about the setup process as it requires a LAN connection to make sure setup all goes smoothly. I was more than happy to have a professional come and help me out. Stewart is an outgoing, personable professional beyond belief. Aside from his demeanor, and awesome personality, he immediately put me at ease and walked me through every part of setup for my new juke, and went way beyond that in explaining many other things I wasn't even aware of. Thanks to him, I'm up and running now on my own and feel so comfortable about operating this new juke. I thank you so much Stewart and I'm only upset about two things during your visit. We didn't have enough time to continue discussing our love of music, guitars, and all other things. And since I've been loading all my Cd's today after you left with extreme joy, you didn't help me provide a place inside the Juke Box to sleep!! :) An amazing, knowledgeable individual and we became instant friends. I know I will always have him to call on down the road if any problems arise with the juke. A 5-Star rating is not high enough for this gentleman. A true professional who really cares about what you need and takes care of it promptly as well. Thank you so much Stewart. Thanks to you, I'm having a blast with my new juke!!

I had a corrupted external hard drive loaded with work files and family pictures. I could not access it no matter what I tried and basically I gave up on it with lots of regrets of not having a second backup of the backup. Then a friend told me about CyndrTec. I called Cliff and dropped the unit at his shop. He told me and explained what he would do to try to recover content and gave me prices and % success for each option before he worked on it. I asked him to do whatever it takes! He called me back with an update. It was either send it to a much more specialized and expensive lab or he would try with no guarantee since it had a difficult to repair issues. I told him I would go with his recommendations. Long story short he was able to recover many files from the drive. I’m extremely happy with his knowledge, experience, honesty and informative communication and fair pricing. I'm highly pleased with CyndrTec and Cliff Toner's thoughtful approach to addressing the challenging issues created due to a semi-botched data transfer to my new laptop and workarounds that didn't work for me which were done by third parties.
