Hermosa is my new go to place for jewelry! 1. I love supporting small businesses and 2. This business stands behind its value. After visiting the store a few times, I met with the owner, Haley, to inquire about having personal jewelry made for my wedding party to give as gifts (bridesmaids and flower girls). Haley took the time to personally meet with me to design custom earrings for the girls. I gave her some ideas as to what I was thinking and she then instantly created something even more beautiful, which perfectly matched the bridesmaid dresses and the wedding theme! (I actually wanted a pair of the earrings she made for myself!). In addition to the earrings, she also designed necklaces for my young nieces who would be my flower girls. One way that Hayley really went out of her way, was when she took the design we made and then created earrings just as beautiful that were clip-ons (I had realized that 2 of my 4 bridesmaids did not have pierced ears!). All individual pieces of jewelry were neatly wrapped by the Hermosa team, ready to present as a gift! About 3 weeks before my wedding, I had realized that I had not planned any jewelry for myself, and so I reached out to see if Haley could assist me. Even with the short notice, she was very sweet and excited to make earrings for my wedding. The earrings she designed and created for me to wear on my wedding day were timeless and GORGEOUS!!! I could not have asked for anything more perfect that complemented what I had envisioned and my dress! I cannot thank Haley and her staff enough!! Of all of the groups that I worked with to help create my wedding, this was the most seamless. Haley and her staff are sincere, professional, skilled and efficient. In addition to being on-time with providing the jewelry (I had to pick-up everything in advance since my wedding was out of state), they were genuinely interested in getting to know me and more about my big day. I had the most amazing experience at Hermosa! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. Mia was absolutely incredible—so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She walked me through every option, helped me pick out the perfect chain, and made the entire process feel personal and meaningful.

The jewelry itself is stunning—so delicate yet strong, and clearly made with care and quality in mind. My permanent bracelet is not only beautiful, but it also holds such sentimental value now, thanks to the experience Mia created. I’ve already received so many compliments, and I love being able to say it’s a forever piece from Hermosa.

Can I give more than 5 stars?! Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. The two girls in the store, Mia and Jenna, were amazing. I went in looking for a beaded necklace in my colors (I’m a light spring) and Jenna helped me find a handful of options that would work for me. I am a very indecisive person and Jenna guided me towards the one that looked the best with my features; she was so knowledgeable! I wanted to stack my new beaded necklace with others that I was already wearing and Jenna suggested I add an extender- 10/10 recommend because it gives you more options and you won’t be stuck with just the one length. Also- Jenna helped me flip a necklace I had (unknowingly) been wearing backwards.
