Dollar General — Local services in Mount Pocono

Mount Pocono Residents BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROZEN OR REFRIGERATED MEATS AND FOODS FROM DOLLAR GENERAL store number 7032 on 611. Around 5 pm the food was sitting out for over 5 hrs. The burgers were warm and squishy. The Ice Cream was melting. I'm a chef and I already know from safe service that food was no longer any good. The manager there has a habit bad of habits that can endanger customers health. He was complaining about not wanting to be there and how sick he is about his job . He was cursing about his employees he was also taking things out on one of the males employees. They get truck around 12. Dollar General needs to get rid of this manager and get one who does want a job and cares about the store employees and...

Everything thru out these stores around here somehow ALWAYS seems 2 looks if nothing else more disheveled then the next 1... I mean they got everything u could need on a whim tho & I mean ya can't beat the price of things they got in their stores either... HOWEVER. .. I feel like the experience would be just SO much better if they would just maybe look after they're stores a bit better, like other places do that's all.... Also not a huge fan of sketchy parking lots either but I mean past cpl month's its had these shady flickering lights thing happening.. Make me be rethinking 2 myself sometimes on how bad I actually want that $1 toilet paper N what not. Just...

The smell as soon as you walk in is appalling. There is nothing in the shelves, carts of product are filling the isles so you cant even get down them, and garbage everywhere. More times than not they open late or close early. The employees are combative. If there is a decent employee they are gone immediately and it’s no wonder why. Probably the most disgusting place to walk into...
