Tailgamer LLC — Local services in Mount Pocono

Had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. We had a very small party of 3 children.

The owner came with two other individuals or employees. Essentially they sat down the whole time and played their own video games. Very awkward and make my children and my family uncomfortable.

Granted, I understand these are employees and they do every now or then make sure a controller works or put a disc into a system, but being that the trailer is in fact a trailer and only 28 feet, we did not need to be so intimate with these strangers.

Now unfortunately we did not get to express this concern, but when we called and did, we got argued with by the owner and lectured for 20 minutes over the phone.

Their argument was also because it was a last minute booking, so I guess because of the circumstance we get less professional service.

My kids felt uncomfortable, my family felt so uncomfortable they did not want to go in because they felt it was overcrowded.

I should’ve expressed this, and maybe they would’ve accommodated me better. But if I book a bouncy house, I expect one employee to set it up. I don’t expect there to be 3 employees bouncing around too.

Also the one employee wasn’t sure how to do much regardless.

My 1 star rating is because I expressed this in a nicely tone and matter as constructive criticism, but was responded with arguments about how wrong I was.

Usually if you have a complaint to a business, especially owned privately, they take it in stride and see how they can accommodate things for other customers in the future, this was not the case.

Because my family was a last minute booking, they felt they had already done enough according to them.

Essentially, I paid money for my family to sit and play video games with strangers. That’s how it felt.

I’m sure they’ll respond to this review and say that we should’ve expressed our feelings then which is fine, but after talking to them over the phone I am more than sure it would’ve been a very uncomfortable situation if I did because they do not take kindly to criticism...

What an unforgettable day celebrating our son's 11th birthday with his friends! 🎉 If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would easily give them 100! ⭐️ They communicated so well throughout the entire process, even calling and texting us when they were running 15 minutes behind due to traffic (which wasn’t a problem since the party hadn’t even started yet). They handled a small generator hiccup and got everything back up quickly, then stayed extra to make up for it—completely unexpected but so appreciated.

The kids had an absolute blast! It was wonderful seeing them laughing and having fun together. I loved how they had games on the outside of the truck too. When they started playing Dance Dance Revolution, even the parents got moving! The team was amazing to work with, going above and beyond. They even asked thoughtful questions, like whether it was okay for the kids to play games rated for teens or adults—something I hadn’t even thought of!

The truck itself was incredible—inside and out. The design had people walking by and drivers slowing down in excitement. This company truly made everyone feel special, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. We can't wait to book them again! Trust me, you...

Yesterday I had the privilege to be part of a double birthday party for an 8yo girl and a 10 yo boy. Their parents booked Tailgamer for it and wow, was I impressed! the Tiaira spa trailer was beautifully appointed and every little girl was made to feel like a princess.Miriam and her assistants were amazing!!! Nathan, her husband is the king of gamers, his gaming trailer is amazing, none of the boys wanted to leave. Both trailers were spotless inside and out as well.
