I wrote this letter to the owner||Good day|I checked in yesterday around 630 pm. The hotel is undergoing renovations and I can appreciate that but not at the expense of customer service. There is no operable elevator I actually called the hotel to make my reservations and no one said the hotel was undergoing renovation or that there was no elevator. Also no one said there was no longer breakfast because of COVID that was told to me after I got here and checked in. ||Then I got to the room. To say the least I was disheartened at the condition of the room . The curtain is broken and dirty (stained). The linen on the bed is stained. When I say linen on one bed it was dirty the second level had hair on it the third level was ripped the fourth level had yellow stains. The other comforter (on the other bed) was dirty and the replacement comforter that was given was stained. I had to make the bed because housekeeping had already left for the day. The bathroom was dirty the toilet seat was cracked and dirty, the tub was dirty with black stuff in the bottom there was hair on the counter by the sink and the counter was dusty and dirty I cleaned the bathroom and if someone would have cleaned it they would not have seen it took one wipe to clean the mess. There is no ice machine as I had to go to the check in personnel and they gave me ice in a plastic bag. I also had no iron in the room the front desk again gave me an iron in a plastic bag. ||The radiator or whatever you call it was dirty. The tv was stained the mirrors were stained yet my friend ordered a room same price that’s twice the size and she did not have the same issues. This room seemed like a last resort room because there is no way you rent this room to people in this condition. ||The toilet overflowed after I urinated and wiped with tissue. ||Your website and hotel description is misleading. There is no staff at the front desk 12am-8am which means there is no ice. When I checked in I was given 5 room keys(cards) and told to put some in my car because if you put the key near any electronics it will de magnify and you will no longer be able to use the card to get into your room but that is where my car keys will be if I need to get the card from the car. I’m just saying.||This hotel is a sham and takes peoples money.||Attached are images of the room and a video of the overflowing toilet. I would like a refund. I came from New York to enjoy my Valentine’s Day and I...
Read moreI rated this hotel a 3 star. I read the reviews online so I already knew this would not be a luxury hotel||I typically stay at hotel chains (eg Days Inn, Hilton, Motel 6, Radisson, Marriot, Riu). However this stay was for one night only. So I was looking for an affordable hotel and my expectations were not very high.||From the outside the hotel/motel looks quite scary (like the type of hotel you expect to see at the beginning of a horror movie). However at night there are blue and purple lights that run the border of the hotel/motel which I found quite nice.||We stayed in room 104. Which is the first room on the ground floor when you enter from the parking lot entrance. This is great because you never walk far to get to your room. But because it faced the parking lot, we were never able to open the curtains without being extremely exposed to EVERYONE that looked in the window. ||Also the door to room 104 had a gap of about an inch and a half from the bottom of the door and the floor. Which meant that from inside the room we saw all the shadows of everyone that walked by the room and we also heard their conversations clearly. As a solution we lined two towels along the floor of the door and that seemed to do the trick,||The room was decent. A King sized bed and a good sized bathroom which I appreciated.||The room was equipped with a microwave and mini fridge which was also a plus.||I read later online that the hotel/motel also had a pool and a gym. But we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy those amenities.||Free WiFi!!!!!!||The continental breakfast was another reason we choose this motel. However they didn’t do a great job of refilling the food offers. By the time we made it to breakfast (which was an hour and a half before it ended) only a few scrapping of potatoes were left,no scrambled eggs were left and we were able to make the last two waffles as the batter was also empty.||All in all I would certainly stay at this motel again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good night’s rest ( because the large bed and comfy pillows were great), and a safe place to rest their head and a...
Read moreCheckin was easy. The staff was awesome when I requested a room on the first floor since the elevator was out of service an I was unable to go up steps. The Pool was nice. The room was Dated. Room & Bathroom was clean. The room we got was 104 on the first floor. The Bed & Pillows are very comfortable Refrigerator, Micro wave, Coffee Pot worked. The price was right for the location. I will stay there again in the future. Dislikes: Our window faced the parking lot. There was no Blackout Drapes. Walkers by could see in our room. No Breakfast. Being a frequent traveler I was prepair for that. So this is the very first thing I do when ever I stay at "any" hotel room. I pull out the Filters on the A/C and wash them with a disinfecting cleaner. But before I wash them I take a photo of the filters before and after to show management. I never have a problem. I...
