I visited this establishment February 15,2023. When l walked into the store in Mt. Pocono l was greeted by a young lady. I told her l was looking for a particular type of phone. I saw two to three that sparked my interest. When l asked her to tell me about the phone she said," l don't know anything about it, it is new. " At that point, she left me on the floor and another representative came out. Hoping for some help l asked about the phones l was interested in. My range of expenditure was 200.00 -300.00 dollars. She insisted that in order to purchase these types of phones l was to have a plan. I don't know if she thought l couldn't read, but she kept insisting that l must purchase a plan for $2.00 per month. Clearly, the advertisement on the shelf said, " Also works with No contract." Then she directed me to the cheaper phones. When l tried to purchase one of those she said, "The expiration date of 2/2/2023 has past and her manager was not there so she could not sell me the phone! WHAT IN THE WORLD!!??? IS THIS PLACE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING PHONES OR NOT! WHY THE HELL ARE THEY OPEN?? CLOSE UP SHOP AND GO INTO ANOTHER TYPE OF BUSINESS!! Read moreAmazing!!!!!! My dad wanted to buy a new IPad. So we went in today to purchase one. We we’re approached by Jaquinna She began helping us. We began the process to purchase. Jaquinna walked us through different plans. Things were going great til thier systems started to glitch. IN NO WAY WAS THIS HER FAULT! THE SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL!! SHE WAS AMAZING!! Thier system not so much. There system is slow and glitches causing what should of been a one hour tops to a three hour. If anyone in management is reading this your staff Jaquinna and the store manager Steven were incredible and helped more than they know. There were two more employees in the store as well, Ana and I didn’t catch the other mans name, both were very sweet. Please help the store get a better system for purchasing you’re products .
P.S. We had gone there two days before in regards to my dads cell phone and Steven was the greatest help! He helped us figure out how to fix my dad’s phone. Steven was the reason we came back in the first place!

Read moreFirst experience was wonderfully smooth, the young lady that helped me was top notch, nothing but helpful. Then I was on the phone with customer service the next 3 days, well trying to be, the 1 time I got threw on the chat she helped alot but nothing actually went threw but the bill change . Since then no answer so I was over charged. Then I went back to the store and the only one working was a young guy who literally said to make it fast because he was hungry and wanted lunch . He couldn't do anything the person on the chat said was already done . So again to get what I wanted and was promised cost me hundreds and was told to get them to fix it later. Basically "do my job for me" . And yet still nothing from att customer service and no chat answers or nothing. Guess as soon as they get you on their service you no longer matter to them .
