ACE Hardware — Local services in Mount Shasta

Ace truly is the helpful place. Was in there twice recently for some water feature parts (pump, etc), both times close to closing, unfortunately. The first time the guy was helpful enough and found me what should have been the correct equipment, but, unfortunately one piece was not the right size (to fit my existing installed tubing, not the stores fault). Was able to sort everything out on the second visit and get the right part even though it gave us all some difficulty finding exactly what I needed and kept the employees there past close (sorry guys!). That above and beyond behavior earns my respect, customer loyalty and this review though - I appreciate the dedicated assistance. We had our AC go out on our fifth wheel and we're able to get a portable AC unit for a decent price that kept us comfortable for the rest of the trip. They also had lots of other items to keep us going on our first camping trip with the "new" trailer.

This store has thousands of tools for sale but not one that can unscrew the back of my watch to change the battery. They also have dozens of batteries for watches but which one will replace my battery is a mystery because we never could get the back...
