I've been stopping in Kay's at the Mt. Vernon location, to buy my wife fresh diamonds every few months. I just want to throw out some recognition for Jayla and Vikki. Vikki's help cleaning my wife's rings and Jayla's assistance in finding the perfect diamond ring for my "just because" purchase made my recent visit fast, personable, and exceptional. I always buy the "Forever Cherished" Lifelong Protection Plan with every purchase in the thousands. Because of this, when I take my wife's rings to Kay's, people like Vikki are eager to assist me in revitalizing the jewelry's beauty and in making sure the diamonds are still snug the way they're supposed to be. Bought a $300 ring. Diamond fell out took it back. (This happened 6 more times in less than a year and I reported that but all they did was fix it and say best of luck to ya). Asked for a refund or exchange got told no. Even have to pay another 150 for it to be replaced once. When I went to call it on one too a lady told me that it's not my fault I bought a cheap ring.
