KFC — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

Will never go back went in ordered a 2pc original meal both thigh repeated it twice to the cashier when my order came out it was wrong I got a leg and a thigh. I took it back to the counter informed the cashier my order was wrong I ordered thighs and o got a leg. He went to the manger and told her about my orders she then pulled a thigh out of the chicken on the line brought it to the counter and informed me you know I could take the leg back and not let you have it. I informed her when I made my order i asked for 2 thighs if you had read the ticket to start with you would have saw that you can have it back its not what I wanted and maybe you should pay closier attention and you would make a mistake your not busy im the only one in the store you had one order to fix. When I left i put the leg on my table with a sign that said hears your leg back...

KFC. OMFG. I'm at a loss for words. This was one of the most spiritually awakening times in my life. I wasn't a religious person before this trip to KFC, but now I'm questioning everything I've ever believed. This is the single greatest restaurant ever built. I don't know what's in those herbs and spices, but I do know that I would murder someone to find out. Colonel Sanders deserves to have his own chapter in the Bible, because this man is a God among men.... even more powerful than the Christian God..... I would be willing to bet my soul on it. Colonel Sanders is now my personal Lord and Savior. I have been baptized in gravy. I have eaten the body of the Colonel Sanders chicken and have drank soft drinks from cups with his image. I am fully awake for the first time in my entire life. Thank you so much KFC. Colonel Sanders...

Took half an hour to get from ordering to the drive up window. The boy at the window didnt even know what my order was. I had to tell him 4 times for him to understand. Then he tells me they never put my order in the system. They tried to get me to change my order because they didnt have 12 pieces of crispy chicken and 4 biscuits...at dinner rush no less. They told us we would have to wait 8 minutes for biscuits and to pull forward. We had to go inside after 12 minutes of waiting because people behind us were getting their orders and we were still sitting in the parking lot waiting for our food. It took a total of 41 minutes from the moment we entered the drive thru to the moment we had our food. All we ordered was 12 PC crispy chicken, 3 sides and 4 biscuits. I will never...
