He promptly responded to my initial inquiry regarding a sliding glass shower door, carefully looked over my desired work and discussed options, and offered a variety of products including one with the exact features that I desired - at a fair price. He worked cheerfully with my schedule limitations. When the vendor sent him the wrong door model, Fouad offered a discount if I was willing to accept it, and immediately re-ordered the proper model when I decided to stay with the original plan. Installation of the two 72 lb tempered glass panels by Fouad and his assistant was careful and exacting. Fouad was incredible to work with. I ordered a framed shower door online. After having two different companies who swore they could install the door failed, I reached to Fouad bc the shower door started to separate. I called on a Sunday concerned the doors would fall on one of my children. He made it a point to show up the next day and worked diligently. Fouad identified the door was never installed correctly and the installers never properly secured the door to the floor, nor did they use a level and the measurements were indeed off. I had him disassemble the entire door and re- install properly (third times a charm, right)? I will never use another shower glass installer for anything.
