Premiere theaters certainly isn't the booming weekend place to be it was twenty year's ago, but, it holds a ton of nostalgia by those of us who recollect it in it's prime.
Time hasn't been incredibly kind and it has certainly seen better days. Cosmetically, it suffers with obvious wear and tear, both inside, outside, and even so in the parking lot. Theater is very small, one short hall with access to screens, and an open lobby at entrance with ticket booth, refreshments, and arcade games. Multiple restrooms, easily and quickly accessible from theaters, which makes it nice.
Prices are very reasonable, for two large popcorn, two large drinks, and two movie ticket it cost approximately $30, quite cheap by comparison to other theater's.
First movie experience turned out to be poor in the sense that my movie never started, at all. The projector apparently wasn't working, or for whatever reason, the movie didn't play. We were given inconvenience tickets and told we could return, to watch the movie at a later time, or date.
Second time we returned, it was a much better experience. The picture and sound were both loud and clear, couldn't hear any additional music or noise from side theaters. Movie screens are pretty small, as well as the rooms themselves, seating could stand to be updated but they serve their purpose. It was relatively empty - 8 total and 4 was our party, the previous time, it was set to be 6, and we were 3.
Customer service was superb. I'd much rather go to a business that could use a little TLC but has incredible people, over a booming five star atmosphere, with snobby customer service. Premiere theater, offers some of the best service I've received at a movie theater, very kind and accommodating, always smiling, and provide a great customer experience which made me feel welcome and will keep me coming back...
Overall: A very small and compact theater, that provides a relaxing, quiet, and intimate movie experience if you're choosing the right times without the luxury of some theaters, but, customer service and seclusion in my mind makes it worth staying close to the area and enjoying movies here. Though, I'd recommend managment taking a look at the inconvenience ticket policy, and comping some type of refreshments with them, as handing someone their ticket back, whose already purchased refreshments and is ready for the movie, shouldn't be told to come back later without having those purchases, covered, or at very least a free popcorn or some sorts with the...

Outside point of sales (Movie times on marquee) were very legible. Old school plastic letters not digital. Clearly marked and looked well kept and professional. Lobby was clean and well kept. Old school video games such as Pac-Man and Donkey Kong along with 2 claw games while you wait. 7 different rooms (theaters) playing 7 different movies on 7 different screens. Sunday 3:15 pm "Captain Marvel" opening weekend. There was an unmanned ticket booth had to buy tickets at concession stand. No wait .. walked right up Friendly staff ( Just me ) 6.50 from the movie and 9.50 for a small combo 16.00 total bathrooms we're well kept and clean. Movie was great Sound was great Been here before ... typical 7 screen movie theater with one concession stand and one set of bathrooms. discounted ticket price (compaired to big name theaters) and over priced snacks. It does well for the size of town it's located in.
I give it a 98 in cleanliness and upkeep. A 98 in costomers service A 99 in movie experience A 70 in value ... Although your not paying out 8 to 10 dollars on ticket price like the big name theaters they still sock it to you on the snacks. I paid 16.00 for just me. I could easily imagine dropping 40 bucks for a date night and 60 to 75 for a family just to watch ONE...
Read moreAs the only movie theater in town Premier doesn't feel the need to update any of their movie theaters. I like that they offer a great deal on Tuesdays. Tuesday is $5 a ticket and free bag of popcorn, for those who don't know. However, the smaller theaters offer little leg room and terrible movie watching experience. They have more parking space than necessary, why not look into expanding the building and making all the theaters into large rooms with theater style (raised bleacher-like) seating for better viewing experience. I know a large expense would come from this, but it would increase ticket sales and the seating capacity. So they could make their money back. It would be nice to have at least a few theater rooms with an upgraded recliner style chair. Also, remove the seating on the floor level because you can't really even see the movie without feeling like you broke your neck by the end. They also move some of the big block buster movies into smaller rooms too quickly. So if you don't go see it during its first few weeks out you'll have to sit in once of the rooms that feels like airplane seating. Cramped and almost flat. Don't get complacent as a business simply because you don't have competition. Always look for a way to offer the best experiences possible for your customers. That's how you become number 1, not simply because you just don't have a challenger.... that doesn't make you a...
