Got there at 8:30, it was supposed to close at nine. I drove through the line sat there and waited to place my order nobody answer to help me and somebody else put it behind me so I went back through the line again to see if maybe it helped that person, again they did not get helped so they left. So I sat there and waited to see if they’d help me and another car came up behind me and I went through again to see if they’d help that person and they didn’t. So I waited at the place to order again until another person came up so I drove through again waited for that person to be helped, they didn’t get helped and they went up to the ordering window sat there and honked and still nobody helps them so they angrily sped off. I drove up to the window and sat there to see 5 to 6 employees just standing there. They all saw me and still stood there, one of them even came towards the window as if they were going to help me but stop 3 feet away doing other things, not helping me at all. I called two or three times and they did not answer at all. Worst experience ever. After 20 minutes I decided to leave honking. Very disappointed. Finally I got ahold of them at 9:17 and here’s how the conversation went Me: “are you guys open” her: “no we’re closed” me: “well I was here an hour ago and no one answered” Her: “we closed early because we’re short staffed” me: “I was there and there were 5-6 employees, you guys could’ve said something “ her: “my boss had me close and I can’t open the window afterwards” me: “well that’s not my problem-“ she cuts me off and says “it’s not my problem you have a problem” and hangs up. I call back 2 times and she hung up instantly then she answered on my third call but then put me on hold. Read moreNot sure what to say about the poor service other than lack of training and general professionalism by the person claiming to be the manager after I pointed out the issue. This conversation was very ‘we didn’t do anything wrong, this is just what you should expect’. I wouldn’t return to this Panera without actually watching them prepare the food. Ordered a green goddess salad with extra avocado among other things for pick up. The salad came with about a teaspoon of avocado. I completely acknowledge that Panera salads are typically $18-20 dollars with very minimal portions of the ingredients but I have received more on salads that I have ordered regular avo on, let alone when ordering and paying for extra. Hence why I ordered extra but to the ‘manager’, this is just how it is. The salad was also missing the eggs that come in the salad and some of the other veggies. So overall the salad was made extremely poorly and rather than acknowledge it, the person claiming to be manager stated that this is just how the salads are and should be expected. I didn’t ask for a refund or a remake as the salad was opened at home, I just had hoped they would at least acknowledge the issue but instead the manager told me that that I must be bored because no one would worry or care about this so I must be bored and have too much time on my hands. After not being able to redeem the gift card I was given before because the manager on duty was not there to give it to me I went in to get the gift card today. This was after they messed up another one of my sandwiches today. I asked if I could get the gift card that was being left for me and they said that that is something they do not do. I explained that this was what the manager said she would do. The cashier said she would get Mary and Mary would be right out. Mary never showed up until I requested 2 or 3 more times After waiting a while. When Mary finally came out she said that we do not do gift cards when we make mistakes we just remake the sandwich. I explained to her that is fine, but they said I have a gift card from before period Mary ask who I spoke to and I did not know the cashier's name but explained it was the supervisor and the supervisor never came out to give me the card last time .
