My daughters boyfriend had new tires put on in September. The tire didn’t feel right and he kept calling and going up there to have it looked at and was told he would have to wait, the only appointments made are for tires. They wouldn’t look into his complaint. He couldn’t wait due to school and work schedules. They should have immediately gotten him in and checked the quality of their work. Yesterday, 3 lug nuts came out of the tire. Thank God they were in town and not on the interstate or the outcome may have been worse. We were able to get it towed and repairs being made by a licensed mechanic. Walmart refuses to pay for the repair of the tire and car. They aren’t allowed to fix the mistake at this point due to their incompetence and inability to perform work correctly and ensure safety of their customers. This is someone’s livelihood that has been affected, increased expenses created from their carelessness, and lives that were at risk of serious injury. A BBB complaint has been filed and a lawyer contacted. Please take your vehicle to a real mechanic shop or professional. This corporation cares nothing about correcting their mistakes or the safety of your life. My child was in that car, when I called and spoke with the manager she had zero concern. I had my sons tires replaced at Walmart in My Vernon.
