I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thrive in Mt. Vernon, IL and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming face of Dani, one of the employees at Thrive. From the moment I walked in, Dani's warm smile and positive energy made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of during my visit. Not only was she incredibly nice, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the products and services offered at Thrive. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable recommendations based on my individual needs. I was thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Thrive seems to be a good dispensary, I would recommend giving new customers a more informed explanation of the in-store purchasing process. It would be easier to order online before going in the store. I went in and stood behind someone that looked like they were in line. They were waiting for their name to be called as they already placed their order on one of the iPad ordering screens. So after that, I asked one of the salespeople on the floor if I have to order through one of those even though I knew what I wanted. They said yes. So after trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing I went to order on iPad and my order was completed except now it gave me the message that the item I requested was now sold out. I spoke with a salesperson and they said they still had three which was what I wanted so he reserved them for me and I waited. Then when they called my name they said they only had two left. At the other dispensary I am unable to reserve anything that is not actually available. I can adjust to this process but I’d rather not deal with it and just go to my usual dispensary even though it’s 40 minutes farther...

I wish google had a review section for employees/employers bc I woke up and chose bitterness today. Corporate and HR are a joke and I honestly think that Thrive employees should unionize to protect themselves so they will receive better treatment. Management at this facility is laughable and childish. They are non confrontational about things that absolutely matter and extremely confrontational about tiny petty things. Completely unprofessional, way too much drama, and way too overpriced Not to mention marking up samples/taking away samples for employees while also not paying them enough to work there, taking Christmas bonuses and parties away, they just don't give a rats 🍑 about their employees period. 9-10 people quit over the last 3 months and they refuse to take any employee issues seriously. 1/10 do not recommend working here unless you just want your foot in the door with the...
