Terrible! My husband and I decided to have a supper out and figured a franchised restaurant must be cookie cutter from state to state to state. No way! We were so disappointed. We ordered a double order of cheese sticks and a large hand tossed supreme pizza. There were 3 tables with customers. While we waited, we noticed that when customers would say "Thank you", the waitress, Shaina, would say "No problem" to them instead of "You're welcome". Oh well, maybe she knew them personally. Nope. She No Problem'd us, too. She never EVER thanked us. She interacted with us like we were a burden to her. Also, we looked up and noticed the ceiling by the cash register was literally falling down. A part of the ceiling was just hanging there. Our bread sticks came and they were perfect. (This is the 1 star) Our pizza came and immediately we knew something was off. The crust was so thin. It looked like a thin crust with a ring of dough around the outside. And the crust wad brushed with a garlic butter. My husband and I don't use garlic - ever. We asked Shaina if this was a hand tossed and she said that it was. The other customers left and Shaina was sitting at the other end rolling silverware. My husband had to shout 3 times to get her attention to get a "to go" box. She brought two 9x9 boxes. We had only eaten1 piece of pizza each and 3 bread sticks. We had to ask for another box. Even then, we had to stack our food to fit. She could have brought us a regular take out pizza box. A family came in and Shaina said that the dining room was closed and the woman asked, "On a Saturday at 8 pm?" Unacceptable...
Read more-Placed order at 5:04pm on 2/16, and the email said it'd be here by 5:35. I watched the tracker, and they were making our order at 7:03 (2 hours after placing it). We didn't get our order until 7:40. Food was hot, so I'm guessing they had to remake it or their app downright lies. -Placed order for pickup (didn't want to wait almost 3 hours for dinner again) at 5:25 on 2/23. It was supposed to be ready at 6:10. I watched the tracker, and it said it was ready at 6:05. My kids were in the parking lot just waiting til it was ready to go in and pick it up. They waited in a long line of rude people, and got to the counter, and our food wasn't even being made yet! Another half hour wait til it's ready. Food is good WHEN you get it. Slowest pizza place on the range, hands down. Also, the Pizza Hut app and site is problematic. If I sign in, I can't add things to my cart (tech error), and then it won't allow me to log out to order as a guest, so the problem persists. I had to order on my kid's phone, and it was slow and laggy and I still got errors. Because of the issues, I can't take part in their rewards program. All around a complete clusteryuck! *Save yourself the headache and order local - Snickers, Dave's, Poor Gary's, or whatever. We wrote off Domino's 6 months ago for consistently screwing up our orders, and we'll do the same with Pizza Hut for never getting things done in a remotely timely fashion, and not letting the customers know about delays or issues until they are there to pick it up or call to see...
Read moreworst Pizza experience I've ever had in my life. the pizzas we're not what I ordered they were missing some toppings that I had paid extra for and when I called about it the guy that answered the phone or what I was transferred to swore up and down he made it like the way it was on the ticket. and when I tried to point out that he hadn't because if he had there was still a topping missing from one of the, pizzas. he beat the phone against the desk and when I called back about either getting the order we made or a refund the person on the phone beat the phone against the desk it sounded like and hung up and then apparently they closed early for the night because when I called back it said they were call corporate hope to get this resolved because it's Pizza is inedible. tastes like cardboard. when it comes to the chains I've been a Pizza Hut person all my life this is just totally...
