Worst Pharmacy...Ever! This pharmacy does not read new prescriptions correctly, and therefore refuses to fill them until you personally point out everything they missed.
My doctor ordered a same day pick-up of 2 prescriptions, due to an increase in one of the meds. I had to sit at the drive-thru window and explain this for 5 minutes so they could have a group meeting to finally understand the change, and THEIR mistake in not having BOTH of the medications ready and filled upon my arrival. That their attempt in trying to make me come back in 2 days, would mean I would be without the medication that is needed on a daily basis
All of this while my EGR valve is flooding my engine w/ too much gas, and I have to concentrate on just keeping the vehicle running in neutral, knowing that as soon as I attempt to put it in Drive, the engine will die, and will not start again. AND, a brake line just happened to get a hole in it, right as I pulled up, so I am also struggling with having to learn how to use the emergency brake as the main stopping device at the same time.
This was completely their mistake, in not having both meds ready for pick-up. I explained that I will wait right here, until you get it filled, due to my engine troubles, combined with I cannot walk without assistance, so really, I had little choice. Why should I be the one to pay for their mistake?
Two cars pulled up in line behind me before they got my 'script done, at which time I coasted off to the side where a tow truck would be able to safely come get my vehicle.
This is when the female pharmacist thought it was imperative to call my cell phone, to YELL at me! ALL IN A LOUD ANGRY TONE: That she watched as I was able to move my vehicle, and therefore, it was all my fault that they now had a line of customers. And further, that I am no longer welcome to use their drive-thru.
Obviously, because the pharmacist made it very clear, they have too many customers, the first thing I did after I got a tow-ride home, was to get set-up with a different pharmacy.
And, I will continue to help Walgreens with their problem of too many customers, by telling everyone I possibly can... exactly how incompetent they are, and how they take that frustration out on their customers with outright rudeness, and more importantly, by going out of your way to kick someone that is already down, with baseless, outrageous, verbal attacks.
According to our phone "conversation", I know you are appreciative of my help in this fashion. And, I will never be anywhere near your store... in any town... ever again. I can't help it, I am just a helpful person like that. You are very...

1st. Claimed wrong code. Called insurance who gave correct code.
2nd. Claimed no prior authorization. Had doctor call and give prior authorization.
3rd. Claimed script needs to say for pain. Pointed to where it says for pain.
4th. Claimed no prior history of using the medicine. Had insurance send 6 years of history.
5th. Made me tell her my conditions and then Flat refused to fill. So I had new script sent to another pharmacy and she actually called them and tried to keep it from getting filled there.
I will never again do business with Walgreens. This is why people are turning to street drugs when people refuse to give them their prescription medication.
If she is willing to break the law and override a doctors and insurance company orders, as well as, refuse service to people based on their condition. What else is someone like this up to? Absolutely a lawsuit...
Read moreThis places customers services are very poor and the attitudes of the workers is off-putting makes for a very unpleasant experience. This is repeatedly been a problem. Once they lost my hard copy they had and said oops you'll have to go back to doctor to have him make a new copy then refused to reimburse me my money at first until I wouldn't take no for an answer. Big ordeal. Finally after big headache I got my $300+ back. So I switched pharmacy for long time. Now I came back out of convenience and they have had me sitting in the drive thru for over 25 minutes with their backs turned to me avoiding me while theres no lines inside. Not even someone to say. We will be with you in a minute. Or a smile. Or acknowledge the fact I'm waiting but I know they knew I was there. In fact the line behind me had 3 cars behind me. My boyfriend had to go inside and say to them can you go help my wife at drive thru....... sad then the fact they were rude about the...
