Literally one of the worst Burger Kings ever! Turns out the Impossible Whopper is literally impossible. I we My through the drive through. I ordered an Impossible Whopper. Thatâs it. One sandwich. I was 4 cars back in line. That should have gave them plenty of time. I get to the window and a manager named Tanna told me âyour sandwich is in the broiler. It will be ready in a minute or two. Can you pull around to the double doors and someone will bring it out to you.â That seemed a bit unreasonable considering I had waited in the drive-through line for about five or six minutes. But, I did it anyways. When I pulled around the other side, I waited for approximately 10 minutes. No sandwich. I walked inside and asked the young lady behind the counter about my sandwich. She did not know what I was talking about. She acted A little irritated about the fact that I was irritated. Turns out, they had never started cooking my sandwich. So that means Tanna lied to me. At that point the employees started arguing with each other about who was supposed to be cooking the sandwich. Mind you I was standing right there and they were arguing in front of me. I asked for a refund. Tanna walked over to the register and punched some things in. She then looked at me and said she had issued a refund to my card. However, she did not give me a receipt. I had to ask for it. The next day, I called and spoke to a store manager. That store manager told me that I would receive a complimentary meal if I came back. So like a fool, I did. When I asked for my complementary meal, I was told by the same asst. manager Tanna, That I would have to come back tomorrow and talk to the store manager about it. Also, The same thing happened as the night before. The employees started arguing with each other about whoâs fault it was in front of the customer. At first she denied remembering who I was. She said that she sees a lot of customers over the period of a day. When I started talking about what happened, she finished my story by telling me that she gave me a refund last night. Once again she had lied to me. She did remember the incident from the night before. Needless to say, the impossible whopper evidently is truly impossible at Burger King. I worked in the fast food business for three years. A manager like Tanna would be fired in about five minutes flat in my day. Iâm sorry to say it but these people do not deserve anything more than minimum wage for the job theyâre doing. They know nothing about customer service. I am going One step further to say poor management begins at the top. I would be seriously questioning the store manager about training his employees. After all the assistant managers are a reflection of the store manager. This is why people are turning away from fast food restaurants. Very high prices for very poor service. Shame on you...

I had the pleasure of meeting the manager or whoever she was and I informed her I was not trying to be difficult or complain. My order was simple I waited with no one behind me and people in line after me. Waited almost 35 minutes for a fake meat impossible whopper extra tomatoes extra pickle and mayo off the broiler. Large fry and 4 pcs motzey stucks Yes, it can be made off the broiler, UNLESS u have issues with being on the same broiler as beef, because I don't know how they make um đ 𤣠after all it is BURGER KING!! Any way 35 minutes wait no fries served other cars in my face when I was the only one there, yes I know it takes time to cook but dayum 35 minutes. The meat is practically cooked already. So 35 minutes for a , not complete but cold order is XRAZY. NO FRIES. COLD MOTZERELLA, THEY WERE NOT EVEN BUSY!!! NO ONE WAS THERE OR WAITING ON FOOD!!! I pull around and tell the ladies at the window and wait another 10 minutes of them looking cra y watching me sit at the window. No fries gives me fries and I say they are cold , waiting 35 minutes plus fir cold fries naw, she like your eating them , I'm like I tried to give them back and told you they were cold, yes I had to taste the food cold whopper cold motzeella cold. The manager was nice but irritated by her workers, just switch to A.I assistance already with 2 workers. People really out here applying to punch a clock. Management has to reinforce integrity personally and professionaly. Interview beyond well, know your personal and stop settling for subpar under mediocre people. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER SPEEDY SERVICE. If customers are willing to wait then get it all the way rite. I have 3.7 million views please make this low budget but in a good area BURGER KING GET BETTER. IM already semi against fast food. Burger king is a reputable place we know and love. Don't make bks GO DOWN because management doesn't wanna pair proper interviewing with personability. Do they wanna serve, can they manage expectations do they have expectations. I know it's not college ,but integrity and accountability have to meet and matter!! I worked at this Stone Mountain (Hwy 78) BK 33 years ago and I think they have the same drive-thru window equipment now as they did back then (not really but it does look pretty bad). There were all kinds of bugs between the outer screen and the inner monitor. It didnât show anything on the screen worth seeing besides a picture of a monitor-to-monitor relationship. WeirdâŚI have no clue. Anyway, after waiting a few minutes, the young lady who took my order was very polite. I pulled up to the first window to pay. Did not receive a receipt (so I canât enter this on the website without the store number sooooo here I am). I ordered the original chicken sandwich /add pickles and an order of onion rings (no drink). I was asked to stay at the first window until they tell me to move forward. No one was in front of me but okayâŚno problem. Figured Iâd get my receipt with my order. After a few minutes the polite employee told me to move forward so I did. When I got to the second window, I was handed a bag with my order in it and the young man walked way. He did say âhave a good dayâ before walking away, so thereâs that. I drove off to head home after a long day, tired and hungry (sounds so dramatic but it was a long day & I was hungryâŚseriously!). As I drove away, I reached into the bag to grab an onion ring. They were SO COLD!!! Horrible!! If you know this location you that when you leave the drive-thru, it spits you out onto Hwy 78 if you donât make a quick left. I did not turn around to complain about the cold rings (did I mention I was tired!) It would have taken me longer to get back to the store than get home. Anyways, I got home (5 minute ride), settled in and sat to enjoy my sandwich at least. HA! On the contrary! It was medium temp and sooooooo sloppy!! Heavy on the mayo (waaaayy tooooo heavy) which I did not ask for, the lettuce was wilted and swimming in mayo, the bun was soggy. So disappointing!
I would normally mention the yuck food to the restaurant first giving them an opportunity to right the wrong but as I mentioned, I did not receive a receipt.
