We had just come from Netherworld cause we didn't want to pay their prices for food and we wanted something quick and reliable, and unfortunately our visit was everything but that ! We came in around 11 pm with a handful of other people who also were at Netherworld and took our seats, when our waitress came to take the tables order, we let her know that there would be two tickets and after that she only took one tickets order before walking off, completely ignoring the other side of the table. It took roughly 30 minutes for us to even get our drinks and when we EVENTUALLY got our food it was ALL messed up in some way and we only got half of what we ordered. It took our waitress like 45 minutes to an hour to even take the other tickets order. By the time we left we still didn't have all our food and she just gave us HALF OF WHAT WE WERE MISSING in a to go bag after we paid.
A Small List of Issues with our food, just for fun; The eggs for the All Star that was ordered was supposed to be well done, but they scrambled them and the grits were supposed to have extra cheese, instead that went on the incorrect eggs. The waffle got to us and hour after the grits and eggs didn't get the sausage until after paying 2 hours later Someone ordered a Grits bowl and got Hash Browns instead One Waffle was meant to be plain but instead had the blue berries on it, the person who ordered this(plain waffle) is allergic to blue berries A order of hash browns was supposed to just have mushrooms and gravy and they added ham just cause I guess And lastly, someone ordered a waffle and breakfast side, which was sausage, and we never even got the sausage from that order, even after paying and getting some of what we were missing I would NOT recommend their nightshift crew if you want...

We asked her if they could town the music down because we couldn't even have a conversation. She said she would ask. They didn't turn it down. We got our food, which was "ok", but I had asked for hashbrowns & sausage well done with my "cheese & eggs" breakfast, and neither was done correctly. We had to flag Jasmine down but when she didn't come we asked another waitress for ketchup because the bottle she brought us was empty. My dad had asked for applebutter which we had to ask for again. They also brought grits with my meal, which I didn't order, but that's no big deal. They also didn't bring my sausage, which I had to ask for 3 times. Finally, we had asked several times for the music to be turned down so we could hold a conversation. We saw Jasmine ask but she was ignored. We didn't catch her name but Jasmine spoke to another employee, short lady with blue hair. After asking 3 times, my husband asked the blue haired waitress if they could turn the music down. It wasn't until we were finishing up our meal she walked over and turned it off. We said they didn't have to turn it off, just down a bit. She made a snide remark that they couldn't turn it down, only off and that the manager had left which is why they couldn't turn it down. The waitress with the blue hair was very rude and condescending. She also would stare me down and then give me ugly looks. For no reason. Very disappointed with this visit. We may try again some other time but...

She didnāt greet us, which not a big deal however seemed irritated and short while waiting on me and my son and Very dismissive. While the food was fine, the onions were left off of the order now with that being said being she already had a slight attitude I almost didnt mention it however once I got her attention and advised about this she seemed even more bothered went to the cooked whispered something to him he looked my way now Iām not sure what was said however I would think this would be a simple ask. Never came back to see if we needed anything else during the visit . The service made the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. Iāve always enjoyed Waffle House, but this particular experience was far from that. Being a higher level manager for a fortune 5 company Iāve over seen large teams, retails stores etc so I most def understand how a somewhat busy day/night can have one on the move HOWEVER this was not it. Culture is key This location we will not come back to visit here in GA The crazy part Iāve worked these kind of jobs earlier in my life and always make sure my tip is very generous but there was no way I could tip this service.
