If there was a way to give negative stars I would! If you are a woman / someone with long hair, please SAVE YOURSELF and DO NOT go to Leo’s.

I came for an easy blow out- asked them to make my hair wavy for a Xmas party. The next day after I washed my hair, the entire top layer of hair was burned!!! See the picture - I had perfectly healthy hair before coming in

The girl who did my hair must have forgotten to use heat protection or used extremely high settings on the hair straightener she used to do the waves. Again, this is after ONE TIME!

My regular hairdresser had to cut off most of my hair cause it wasn’t salvageable

What makes it worse, when I called the next day stating this is what happened, Leo (owner) simply said “this cannot be from us” and didn’t offer as much as an apology! Let alone a refund (and they charged me $60 + tip)

Oh and or course half the employees do not even speak basic English

Please don’t be fooled by high ratings and good reviews like I was - this place will DAMAGE YOUR HAIR to the point you have to cut it.

Update: when I called Leo for name and license number of the person who did my hair, they refused...

I’ve been going here for almost 8 years now and Leo been cutting my hair since that and now it’s Willy who does the same job as Leo and really professional as Leo as well. I would recommend anybody to go see Leo or Willy and you will not be disappointed. This guys are really professional what they do. And one of the base parties they are so friendly, which makes the whole Hair Cut process of whatever else you go for lot more comfortable. They're a bit more expensive than Supercuts (or whatever cheap barber you use), but you get a much nicer cut for your money.

I at least recommend going before a big date or other event where you want to look good ... but if you can afford it, they're great for every haircut.

One note: some barbers there speak limited English. I speak no Spanish and have never had a problem, but if that sort of thing bothers you,...
