Parkview West Condominiums — Local services in Mountain View

This complex is old and unattractive. The condo association is in deep debt and charges outrageous fees. The amenities are nothing to brag about. The pools aren`t heated and are often dirty. The exercise room is falling apart. The sauna is hard to access because there is only one set off keys for the entire complex (you have to get them from the maintenance man). The pipping is old and the water comes out brown occasionally. There are a bunch of cats running around. The population is very elderly. So be aware that you can not make noise. Lastly the park next to the complex is known to experience gang activity, drug use and drug sells at night. Overall this place is known to be one of the lower quality in mountain view. So avoid...

I only come to this place to go to Alamo Square. This place quiet clean and safe, and i love the architecture...
