Super Tacos El Conrro Food Truck — Restaurant in Mountain View

Got an asada burrito and 2 carnitas tacos. The carnitas were a little dry, as I felt that carnitas should be moist as it just cook in its own fat. But they were flavorful and have a good balance of flavor and acidity. The burrito is a good size (good for two meals or 1 if you are really hungry). The asada was a little dry as well (but I did skip the pico). Although a little dry, it packed a good punch of meaty goodness and flavor. I did liked the crispy goodness and there were morsels of fat mixed in to give it a flavor pop. They were super generous on the amount of meat and didn't pack it with rice and beans. Overall it is a great choice with lots of flavor and would be happy and super satisfied to cure any hunger.

They run several food trucks, and the problem with some of those food trucks is that you can clearly see the cook is not wearing a facemask while working.
