Could not have been worse service. Took 15 minutes to get an acknowledgement from the waitress. Then they came and took our order. Another 15 minutes. I asked for our drinks. They forgot what our drink order was. Even after we re-ordered, she took another 5 minutes. While we were sitting there waiting, the other waitress came up and said, sorry for the delay, your food will be right out. Then the first waitress came back 10 minutes later and said, I made a horrible mistake, I forgot to write down your food order, too. At that point, we should have walked out, but we had already invested 45 minutes and still had not eaten a thing. No offer of bread, no apologies, nothing. While people who came in after us were finished and leaving, we stll hadn't gotten our order. After the meal, when she brought the check, I said, I really hope you are not charging us full price for this meal. It has been horrible service. She walked away, the other waitress came back, and said, Well, you didn't say anything during the meal. I said, Do I have to say something for you to know that this was horrible service. You screwed up the drink order AND the food order. That should have been a clue. She said, Sorry, nothing I can do, and put the check down and walked away. This place was recommended to us by friends but we will NEVER go back, and never recommend...
Read moreOffense to the REAL Pizza Napoletana! If I could give negative number of stars, I would do it! We tried antipasti first. Caprese: the mozzarella tasted like the worst and hardest thing I’ve ever tried. The tomatoes tasted like old and the basil was black...(let you imagine how old it was) Calamari fritti: not too bad, only thing they were almost black. I guess they fried them too much... Pizza: i tried the prosciutto crudo. OMG!! Still can’t believe they really let people eat something like this. The arugula was old, the prosciutto was of a weird color (and taste) and last but not least they put garlic everywhere on the pizza... I couldn’t eat more than one slice that I lost my appetite (first time ever in my life I don’t even try to eat more...). My other friends had an okayish margherita and other one had a completely burned pizza with mushrooms... only good side is that i think the owner realized how bad it was, so he didn’t charge us for the 2 pizza left untouched. Unfortunately I think I will never try this place anymore! And really hope that they will take the sign of real Neapolitan pizza down. I can’t believe they got it with this kind...

Went with a friend of mine that is from Naples, Italy. For him, Neapolitan style pizza is an art form and this place serves up the Michelangelo of pizzas! We arrived for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, early. As such, we were able to score the best seats in the house! Seated at the bar, right in front of the authentic brick pizza oven. This thing was shipped over brick by brick from Naples. They maintain a wood fire in there with a steady temp of 600 degrees. Super fun to watch them hand toss the dough and the pizza cook in literal minutes. Many of the toppings are added AFTER the pizza comes out. Fresh arugula, prosciutto and a drizzle of olive oil. YUM!!!
WARNING..the pizza cooks in less than 5 minutes in the wood fired oven. If you call in an order, it will likely be cold when you get it home. That will be on you! They don't use warmers because that ruins the delicious crust. Do yourself and your mouth a favor, EAT THERE! Get a spot at the bar and watch them make the pizza. Its a magical experience! ...
