I’m leaving this review before I even made it to the office, and here’s why. At first, I was excited to try a new place for treatment. But when I tried to schedule an appointment, the office asked me to send pictures of my face so they could “evaluate” me. After that, I was quoted a price over text and told I needed to follow their treatment plan rather than simply choosing the services I wanted. In other words, you can’t just go in for the work you request, it has to be what the injector decides. Any concerns would have to be talked over the phone . They never even met me in person.

Unfortunately, I had already paid a deposit to hold my spot, which was never refunded. Had they been upfront that treatment was conditional on doing their full plan, I would have never wasted my time or money. Very disappointing experience, thumbs down for the lack of transparency and...
