Ann Taylor — Local services in Mt. Lebanon

Visited the Location at The Galleria in Mt. Lebanon, PA. I won’t go back. Staff is very snooty. I was greeted when I walked in but I’m thinking it was only because the employee was walking past me. I had driven 45 mins to this location because they had the item I needed. There were 3 people working and two other people shopping. The employees were at the counter talking about a product and the extra discount that the one employee would receive. Not once did anyone ask me if they could help me. When I went to check out I was asked if I had a return. I wasn’t carrying anything other than my purse and the item I was purchasing. She never even looked at me. Before she even had a bag out to put my purchase in, she was telling me that I was “all set” as if she couldn’t wait for me to leave. I certainly won’t be shopping at this location in the future. I’ll drive to The Ross Park location where the employees are friendly...
