Starbucks — Restaurant in Mt. Lebanon

This has been one of the better Starbucks in terms of in-person orders in my experience; the staff behind the counter is always very friendly and helpful, my drinks have always been made to perfection, and any time that I have witnessed someone having an issue the staff has always been quick to correct it. Be warned, however, that they have a VERY high volume of orders with the accompanying wait time, and more than a few customers get impatient over waiting more than a few minutes for their order. Even if you have patience, it's something you will most likely witness in someone else, so be prepared for that sort of disturbance. The service is slow and the baristas seem pissed off. I use the app for my order which take place anywhere from 6-7am and I still have to wait. The app indicates my order is ready yet when I arrive i have to stare at my order from behind the counter. What's the point of the app if I can't walk in and grab my order that I've already paid for?!

The baristas repeatedly make app orders wait until they finish helping customers who are in line. LEAVE OUR ORDERS ON THE BAR WHERE WE CAN PICK UP OURSELVES. I'd think the residents of Mt. Lebanon are responsible enough to grab their coffee and not run off with someone else's.

This Starbucks has one major drawback - the fact that you have to tell someone that you're there for a mobile order. I almost exclusively order mobile orders at any Starbucks, and this is the only one I've seen that actually has a printed sign hanging in an unassuming location to inform you that you have to tell them you're here to pick up an order. I've only done it twice because the most recent time they didn't start making my order until I arrived, and the first time I didn't see the sign and my drink just sat there until I asked for it, and they responded with "yeah, you have to tell us when...
