The people here were very rude, especially the manager! I ordered a sandwich turkey bacon bravo and requested nor sauce but mayonnaise. I was told there were mayonnaise packets by the food. When I looked there weee none. I waited by the food window to ask and one of the workers would even look at me. Another lady came up to ask for a knife and she had to verbally call them out to aaak for it. I then asked for mayonnaise and was told there was some where I was standing of which there was not. I asked if they could get me a small container of mayo and they said they couldn’t. I asked for some butter and they gave me one. I went to the front register again to complain and the manager came out.after I expalained my problem he said it was back there by the food. However they were out. I said I asked for butter and got one. He said that was standard. Only one. I walked away to my table and could here them commenting. None of them are taking my order on the empty second register. The woman behind me is so confused she actually begins to cut in front of me. When I correct her, the employees finally acknowledge us.
When you're in the service industry you have a responsibility to look your customers in the eye and smile. To acknowledge that they exist. When my order was finally taken, I had to repeat myself five times to place an extremely easy order. That's when I realized they were training someone new. That's great, but...if the team member doesn't even know your product, why introduce them to the register at the same time? And why give them that responsibility during the busiest time of the day?

Read moreI made an order here recently on the app around breakfast time specifically because I had to make a meeting across town and needed to grab it and go. I set a specific pickup time and when I arrived 5 minutes after that time, my food wasn't on the rack. So I waited, thinking it would show up soon, but no. I asked someone and they said they were making the order. At this point I was getting nervous about the timing. There seemed to be a lot of confusion between the employees about my order which wasn't complicated at all. It eventually took almost 20 minutes to get my food as they only delivered part of it and I didn't notice until I got to my car and checked and had to go back in for them to make and deliver the rest of the order.
