Regarding H. BASKIN boutique, I prefer their curated pieces as it's usually better looking on my frame than pieces from big box higher-end department stores. They've been in business a few decades and Ms. Baskin knows how to clothe her lady clientele. Supporting a locally-owned family-owned shop is better for Pittsburgh than buying from VonMaur, Nordy, or Macy's. These big department stores are not what they appear when they usurp the misnomer...
