If I could give 0 stars I would.
I set an appointment for two oven issues each on two different ovens and they did not show up. I set another appointment and they showed up on a day we were closed prior to the appointment with no notice.
They performed âevaluationâ and some ârepairâ service on one oven and left but problem immediately persisted and they had to return.
The estimate was astronomical and unaffordable but they said I could obtain my own parts. In talking to my out of state parts person, learned they were recommending both unnecessary and incorrect parts and using a 3xâs markup. He recommended correct parts bringing a $12,000 parts estimate to $1,400.
They returned to correct the repair that was not repaired (including another trip charge).
After that trip and ârepairâ they had blown a fuse on my conveyor belt as well as created a short out. When I called about it, they sent someone out and charged me another trip charge for an issue they caused.
Ended up using a different company for the rest of the work.
I received one voicemail saying they were closing the ticket if there was nothing else we needed from them. I never received an invoice or bill via email or post and didnât think too much about it because repair man spent about 3 hours actually performing service.
Received an email from a collection agency for a past due bill in the amount of $2,400 plus change.
I called collection agency to ask how it ended up in collections and if they had a copy of the bill which they did not. Now thereâs a whole thing with collections who provided me with two unitemized âinvoicesâ simply listing âLabor- $1671 and 468â plus multiple travel charges for the trips out to fix what wasnât fixed. I have no emails or mailed invoices from them and no missed calls after the âclosed ticketâ message. Collection agent insists, âIâm sure they tried to reach you.â
What a scam. $2,400 for no shows, unscheduled arrivals, and unspecified number of hours in labor besides the fact that another company did a full repair and assessment of 3Wire mistakes in one visit PLUS being sent to collections for an unpaid bill and unreturned calls to accounting? 0 stars would...
Read moreThree weeks ago, they came to my workplace to repair two dishwashers but couldnât finish the job because parts were needed.
Two weeks passed without any updates, so I called them, only to find out that the parts had already arrived. They scheduled a repair service for November 25th.
On November 25th, I called them in the morning to confirm the service schedule. Around noon, I called again to ask what time the technician would arrive. They told me the technician would come sometime between 8 AM and 6 PM and that I would receive a call before their arrival. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude.
By 3:30 PM, I still hadnât heard anything, so I called again to reconfirm if they were coming today. They told me to wait until 6 PM and even complained, asking why I scheduled the repair service for Monday, the busiest day of the week. However, it was they who scheduled the repair service and I had actually asked for a different day because I donât work on Mondays. Yet, they insisted on scheduling it for Monday and then made such comments.
I waited at work until after 6 PM, but there was no call, and the technician never showed up. I wasnât surprised they didnât call because they had already failed to call three weeks ago, but now the technician didnât show up either.
As the only authorized service place for Jackson dishwashers in this area, they seem to think they can provide the worst...
Read moreI was REALLY surprised to see 3 Wire with such a low rating. Not only did they come out to the middle of nowhere to our non-profit to fix our 6 eye/2 oven/flattop Montague Grizzly that had a broken thermo-coupling, and was having a couple tune up issues. Not only did they travel the 33 miles to do the repair, but Corey was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. He not only got the tune-up done and the thermo-coupling fixed, but he diagnosed the issue with our second oven, and told us what to look for and what it will look like when it is time to replace the part.
I personally will be using 3Wire again, and as a Local Guide, I dont give a 5 star review unless I got 5 star service. I might be lucky that I am not a restaurant depending on this oven for short order service. We are a non-profit that hosts monthly events, so I was able to wait the 2 days for them to come fix it. Either way, the service I...
