I called them about this and they admitted that there was nothing they could do about it and it happens. So my guess is a different company produced the website. When I tried to return the item, it took multiple attempts for the website to process the request. I'm stuck with paying for the shipping even though they admitted their website was a problem. Other than it being a bit tight, this store is pretty great as far as museum gift shops/company merch stores go.
