Gourmet Latte #10 — Restaurant in Mukilteo

The worst Gourmet latte EVER!! I’m a big fan have been visiting the Kirkland location for years as I am from Bellevue and there isn’t one in Bellevue!! I visit this location every time I’m visiting my boyfriend! The best white coffee ever! But this LOCATION IS A NO GO! Have a had many mix up of drinks Forgotten to add white coffee to my drink New baristas ever single time, almost seems as if no one’s what they are doing or suppose to be doing I always add extra shots to my coffee’s, NONE OF THEM EVER KNOW HOW MANY SHOTS GO IN A 16oz Once I had a barista make my coffee 3 times because she kept forgetting to add either white coffee, steamed oat milk or made the coffee with regular beans!

Don’t waste your money or time here Everett location is extremely fast...

These ladies are literally the best. They are fast, friendly, attentive and I get consistent service-every time. Not just for me, but for the person they are serving at the window across from me. You'll notice this stand often has lines on both sides a few cars deep. So sometimes it takes a minute. You'll also notice that directly across the street there is another coffee stand that has no line. Do the math. Yes, they have had some new hires--but that's a business for you and from what I can tell somebody must know how to interview because they hire experienced baristas and then they are trained by the Gourmet Latte pros for the finishing touch. This Gourmet Latte is a nicely approachable coffee stand; there are two drive-up lanes, a walk-up window, and the team never fails to be welcoming! The drink menu is diverse, and there are snacks available as well.

It can be unfortunate sometimes, because milk volumes seem to vary between baristas. Paying as much as one does for a specialty latte, it'd be favorable to have the cups filled all the way!
