That's ridiculous! I've seen a lot of this person's reviews and they definitely live and love to bully, and tear people down. Most of their reviews are one star, because they felt slighted, or something took too long or the service was a little bit below their impossibly high standards. I'm glad they actually acknowledged your great service, which is surprising, cause it looks like they're not capable of giving praise where it's deserved. This person is extremely negative all the time and should be reported. Brooklyn Bros. Pizzeria is an amazing establishment ran by great people, and it's without a doubt one of the closest places you'll find in this area to authentic New York style pizza. Sun H needs to know that back handed compliments don't make it okay to completely disrespect...

We usually order take out, but decided to drop in for dinner after a long day of running errands. It was difficult to find a clean table, and most tables had piles of trash and dishes. When we got there, it wasn't super busy so I think there had just been a rush of people? The guys behind the counter were somewhat busy but it took 30 mins for someone to come out and start cleaning the tables. People came in, looked around and left while we were there. Staff just didn't seem phased by it. The area where you put dirty plates and dishes is in the same area you grab clean ones. Had it not been for a worker standing there, I would have grabbed a dirty fork to use! Pizza was also disappointing. Extra greasy, doughy, and not like what we usually get. Maybe it was just an off night but it was enough for us to not return to this location. My husband and I aren't clean freaks, but I can safely say the health department would have shut them down for the day had they come in there. The food was delicious. I really did enjoy my pizza. We got a margarita pizza , a pepperoni/ Onion pizza and a cheese pizza for the kids. The reason I'm giving this one star is because of the lady at the front desk. She was unbelievably rude to my husband, condescending and abrasive. He brought in his water bottle as he brings everywhere and she we about kicked him out of the store because of the water bottle. He proceeded to put the water bottle in his car which she agreed was okay. I showed about 20 minutes later because I was coming from work and my kids saw me coming from the door and ran up to the door to say hi to me and the lady immediately runs to me and tells me I need to "control my children because this is a restaurant and they shouldn't be running around - They might hurt themselves or another patron". I didn't say anything to her. Just gave her a look of disgust and walked away . This lady definitely needs some training in customer service. I will not be coming back to the Mukilteo location.
