I have seen Chad numerous times over the last two years using medical insurance. He is fairly skilled with massage and has a good understanding of musculoskeletal functions. However, he can really improve on professionalism with his words and customer service.

My last few interactions with him were very unpleasant. I had an appointment scheduled with him, which he gave to another patient without notifying me. I walked into his office along with the other client, which led to an awkward conversation. I told Chad that I had called him the other week confirming that I was still good for the appointment. He said that he was sorry (though in an irritated manner) and would call me back to schedule another appointment. However, he never called back, and I don’t think he intended to, either.

Based on what he has told me, he doesn’t have a lot of openings and already maxed out on patients. So I suppose there is a lot of bias in choosing of his patients and keeping only his favorites, which does...

Back in April, my teenage daughter was in quite a bit of neck, shoulder and back pain along with stiffness, after being in a minor car accident. Going on the very positive recommendation of another client of this clinic, I took her into Serene View Massage Therapy to see if they could help with the healing of her injuries. Now, a few months later - right after her treatment yesterday, I'd asked her how she felt. She said, "Awesome! I was so relaxed I fell asleep on the table!" As well, she told me she's just about pain free and the full range of motion in her neck and back areas has nearly come back. I have seen the owner, Chad, for several visits of cranial sacral therapy. I was referred to him by an eye doctor, but under his care I have been helped in so many other ways. I have seen multiple doctors and modality/providers, some of which have helped, but mostly kept me “ taped together”. Chad is humble...
