RISE Recreational Dispensary Mundelein — Local services in Mundelein

I’ve been to a few dispensaries around the country but other than Cali having everything on the floor for you to put into a basket, this was by far the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. From walking in the doors to actually picking up what I online ordered not only were all the employees helpful and kind but the vibe of all the customers was really lax and chill. Even if you walk in and don’t buy anything, the look on the place is worth it alone. They really put a lot of thought into the lounge spaces and the paint colors and there’s even a history of cannabis on the wall just before you walk out. And the drive thru for medical card patients to pickup? That is so thought through and amazingly accessible for anyone that needs it. I drive thru it not knowing and the employee just kindly let me know it was only for medical card patients and let me through. Not saying to accidentally do that because they won’t serve you without a medical card but it was really nice to know that they are being accommodating for the people that may need it along with the idiots (me) who accidentally drive through it. The person the checked me out was so friendly and talkative, not in an overbearing way either. It was just overall so inviting and you can tell the owner thought through everything. Now onto the actual product, I got some half gram dispos and I was not disappointed. The prices are fair and their deals were really nice. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Rise Mundelein. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic visit.

First, Nico welcomed me into the Smoke Easy Lounge with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He made me feel right at home and set the tone for a great experience.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tyler. I was having some issues with my medical card due to confusion caused by another provider, and Tyler was incredibly helpful. He straightened everything out quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of hassle.

When I decided to check out the merch on sale, Violet was there to assist. She was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left with some really sweet items, all thanks to her.

Finally, my time in the Smoke Easy Lounge was made even better by Reese. He was an expert and knowledgeable server who held great conversation and educated me on a Dr. Dabber rig. His polite and lovely demeanor made the experience top-notch.

We attended the Miracle in Mundelein festival. I didn’t partake in any cannabis use. Musical performances were top tier.

Their parking situation was less than desirable and ended up having to take rideshare to & from our cars. I go to events often and this is a first for me. They could’ve contracted with some neighbor facilities to use their parking lots. Then the actually dispensary had plenty of open parking.

I needed to go meet my friend at the entrance with her event ticket. The front staff told me it was okay to come back through the entrance.

And Ol’ snaggletooth poor upkeep unk Ruckus (black) let everyone (white) go to the front except me (black). He raised his voice at me and attempted to touch me.
