Probably the best vape shop ive been to out of 12 ive visited since getting into this about 3 mos ago. This shop is a must visit and the smallest/newest out of their 5. I would expect the same if not better from their other stores. The employee (so sorry I can't remember her name right now) was new to the store but had good knowledge of their products. I was there to kill some time while visiting a friend and he had some running around to do so I decided to stop, thank God I did! I looked around the shop a bit and was greeting almost immediately by the bubbly insightful employee. You could tell she was excited about the shop and their products. I chatted with her a bit while looking at some hardware and then was introduced to their vape bar!!!! OMG folks this is where the rubber meets the road. Very well set up and lit up juice bar, there had to be over 100 HOUSE MADE samples!!!! AND EVERYONE OF THEM HAD IT'S OWN SMOK V8 STICK SAMPLER!!!! That is insane to me and warrants so much credit to the owners. This detail is huge in sampling juice to know what its going to taste like out of the store!!!! Sampled like 4 flavors as I was a bit short on time but did get the opportunity to taste and purchase their flavors Fitzcelli and I'm Chad, both of which are set to sell on the national market and therefore were reduced in price. After some more chatting and shopping I eargley completed my purchase so I could get out to my vehicle and fill my tanks!! Highly recommend this shop for their customer service, cleanliness and of course awesome products!! The last week has been very frustrating because I bought three pods and a new juice because they didnt have the kind I like. Well i had 7 pods crack in two days after like a hit or two. When I would come in and tell the two main employees whats going on they would just tell me they dont know whats going on. I was given a pod and said if this doesnt work idk. So I left got my kids took a hit off the new pod set it down 10 mins later hit it again to get taste of the juice. I pulled it out to see the pod was cracked. I was so frustrated I was about to buy another device. Until I looked online and it told me the acidity of some juice will crack pods. When i went back in I told the empoyee what I read online and he told me "Im surprised I havent heard anything about it. You think we would." Today I went in mins before they closed and not only did I receive amazing customer service, but I also learned information on the acidity type juices can crack pods and how to fix by letting it sit for 2 days with top off and using half the flavor. I left my ID but am older, and have gone in military uniform before and some of the workers would recognize my face. The older guy wouldn't hear an explanation, he wouldnt reference my account with my card, and proceeded to harass my group where he would not sell to anyone who was with us. What made it more awkward was that he turned to the black guy in our group and said he was trying to buy for us and called him a liar. The older guy got flustered and body language shaked because he didn't know how to handle basic customer service. Unless other wise I will be petty and go out of my way to get a vape somewhere else.
